Add support to JASPI elytron resource /subsystem=elytron/jaspi-configuration=*

Requirements
The resource is at /subsystem=elytron/jaspi-configuration=*
It will added in the Other Settings view of Elytron configuration, then add it as a second level item of Other Settings menu. The following operations are available: add, remove, edit, reset.
