Specify Custom Server URLs

In  console

Overview

Many runtime resources provide information which can be turned into hyperlinks (servlets, REST resources, …). To show the hyperlinks the console needs to know the http(s) URL of the underlying server. The user should be able to specify a custom URL (he should know the public URL). This URL will then be used to render all links for that server.

To specify a custom URL the user selects the server in the finder and chooses the related action. The server preview will show the URL. The user should also be able to see whether the URL comes from the management model or whether it was specified by him.
