JSON-B 1.0 (JSR 367)

JSR 367 is the Java EE 8 specification for JSON-B 1.0. The reference implementation (RI) will be used and can be found at https://github.com/eclipse/yasson or the official RI website.

Add conditional support for JSON-B 1.0. This will be controlled by the ee8.preview.mode system property. If the property is not present or not set to true no resources will be loaded from the module.
